The adventure begins with an approximately 7:00 AM pickup from your Los Cabos hotel or agreed location. During transportation, your Baja Elemental host introduces you to the region's dramatic ecosystem transitions and unique environment.

Water and sodas are provided during the journey.

Upon arrival at Rancho El Refugio, you meet your local Sierra guide. An interpretive hike through the Sierra landscape reveals:

After hiking and swimming, guests return to the ranch for a traditional Baja California Sur lunch prepared by the community.

Before paddling, participate in a hands-on traditional tortilla-making experience with local hosts.

Finish the adventure with peaceful kayaking through the Santiago oasis—surrounded by palm trees, reeds, mountains, and water.

The objective is not speed or athletic kayaking. It is about slowing down, listening, observing, and truly experiencing the environment. No previous kayaking experience is required.
